Hello, let's play a game of "change your main champion to whatever you like"

As the title speaks, it's obvious enough. Pick a champion you main (or one trick or favorite...whatever) and change/add whatever you want, however many you want and whichever you want (Passive, QWER). The rule is simple:

BE AS BIASED AS YOU CAN!

I'll do mine: Velkoz Passive: (new) every ability and aa Vel'Koz hits, he gains +10 AP, +10 HP, +10 MR, +10 armor and +10 mana. All are doubled per minion kill. (new) for every enemy champion that counters Vel'Koz, Vel'Koz gains 50 movement speed permanently. Q- Ranged increased by +600, projectile speed has been doubled and can slow has been doubled. W- Can stack to 8 instead of just 2, and can now silence. E- Now point and click, and can stun for 4 seconds after it knock-ups the enemy. Range has also been doubled. R- Now deals true damage without the need to proc passive 1st. Range has been increased to global and channel time can last for 20 seconds and turning speed while channeling has been tripled.

R: Enemies hit by bullets have movement slowed 60% for 0.5 seconds.

Nami had the idea a while back where her ult would wash away all enemy champion traps, lingering ground effects and non pet structures, Cass miasma, jayce gate, teemo shrooms, nidalee traps, xayah feathers, yasuo windwall, etc...

P: Headshots are auto crits and crits stun target for 1 second. Q: reduces armor by 10% and slows target by 20% for 2 seconds. W: when an enemy is caught in the trap they remain trapped until attacked. traps do not time out. E: if the net does not hit an enemy it becomes a net trap that knocks the first enemy caught into the air and stuns them for 2 seconds. R: has unlimited range and cannot be intercepted by other targets.

Vayne Passive: Added: Vayne now gets 5ph per sec before 20 minutes Q:Can always be casted with no cd and mana cost W:Applies after only 1 auto now(bit of a nerf i know) and can be stacked on to multiple enemies at once E:Enemies are knocked back until they hit a wall R:Permanently active and all AD bonuses are doubled

Trundle

P: Passive no longer heals. Now grants him Gold equal to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% (at levels 1, 5, 9, 13, and 16.) of the enemy unit's value (E.g, a champion is worth 300 Gold by default, so if an enemy champion dies near Trundle in the early game, he gets 30 Gold. If Trundle is the one who kills them, he gets 330 Gold total) when they die within 1500 units of him.

Q: Damage changed to 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100% Bonus AD). Bonus AD increased to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50. Slow amount reduced to 50%. Slow duration increased to 1 second. Enhanced Auto Attack now heals him for 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100% of damage dealt. Cooldown increased to 5 seconds. Mana cost increased to 50 mana. Cooldown and mana cost is refunded if Trundle kills a unit with the enhanced Auto Attack.

W: Bonus Movement Speed increased to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%. Target range increased to 1000 units. Duration increased to 10 seconds. Now grants Trundle 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% Tenacity inside of the area. Mana cost increased to 50 mana.

E: Cooldown reduced to 20 / 18 / 16 / 14 / 12 seconds. Slow amount increased to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%. Now grants Vision around the Pillar. Effect radius reduced to 175 units. Duration reduced to 5 seconds.

R: Ultimate is now instant cast. Initial damage changed to 15 / 20 / 25% maximum health. Damage per second increased to 2 / 3.5 / 5% maximum health. DOT duration increased to 5 seconds. Total damage increased to 25 / 37.5 / 50% maximum health. Armor and Magic Resist steal increased to 50%. Resistance steal duration increased to 5 seconds. Target range increased to 750. Cooldown changed to 120 / 90 / 60 seconds.

Lux new passive : every 30 seconds she executes everyone below 90% health on the enemy team.... Mhm.... Seems balanced. Much better than her current passive

For Velkoz, I would simply make the ultimate passive apply "Discovered" after procing the passive again on a target that is already researched making the ultimate deal full true damage to all enemies behind the "Discovered" target. This way Velkoz won't fall off late game.
