My choice would be:
Walter White, the One Who Knocks

Passive: Chemist
The more Walter casts abilities, the stronger they become.

Q: Ricin
Walter poisons a champ, dealing damage over time.

W: Meth Cook
Walter sells meth to an ally, gaining 20 gold and granting them attack/movement speed.

E: Phosphine Gas
Walter releases a poison cloud at a location, dealing damage each second to enemies within.

R: The Danger
Walter signals Jesse to drive the meth RV in a line, dealing damage and knocking up all enemies hit.

Harry Copperfield Blackstone Dresden - The Dresden Files
The Cynical Wizard

Passive: Sarcasm
Staying within range of Dresden's demeanor, and within earshot, will very slowly drain your resource.

Q: Blasting Rod
Shoots a column of flame, dealing magic damage and leaving a burning DoT on targets hit

W: 45' Colt
Next Auto Attack, Dresden pulls out his gun and shoots the target, dealing bonus physical damage.

E: Winter Knight's Resolve
Dresden hardens his will and his body, reducing damage taken and increasing his own. Staying on this toggle will continually shorten his range on his auto attacks and abilities until he is melee. (If anyone read Cold Rain you know what I mean)

R:Soulfire
Dresden creates a construct of white fire by sacrificing a significant portion of his mana and health. This construct will cast an exact copy of all his spells cast.

Barney Stinson -How I Met Your Mother

Passive Legen... Barney's reputation grants him 1% increased stats from all items.

... Women want him. When this ability is cast, all ladies in a large area (enemies and teammates) are drawn to Barney for 1.5 seconds.

Wait For It... Men want to be him. When this ability is cast, all men became shamed by Barney's magnificence and their stats are reduced by 1% for 5 seconds.

Hope You Like Milk.. Passive: His magic is strong. Barney does 1% of enemy health as true damage every second because Barney only speaks the truth.

...dary! Barney gains 10% increased stats and his wingman gains 5% for 10 seconds. When they are near each other during these 10 seconds, the wingman absorbs 50% of damage done to Barney.

this looks fun. Ive actually got two ideas.

champ: shane, The horrible friend to have in a zombie apocalypse(from the walking dead

Passive:Horrible friend: if a teammate dies shane gets that champs abilities,items, masteries, runes, and anything else they have until he finds out that champ is back alive.

Q:Head rub: Shane rubs his own head (like he always does in the show if you noticed)increasing all stats by 30% for 10 seconds.

W: Threaten: If any teammate flames him for a mistake or betrayal, he mutes them to the whole team for 60 seconds and recieves dmg over time equal to his attack dmg.

E: Betrayal: Shane can shoot his teammate in the leg during a chase for 99.99% movement speed and attack speed until he or she dies.

R: Revive(sort of): When shane dies he becomes a zombie until killed again by enemy champs or allies and loses 25% movement speed but in return gets immunity against abilities and summoner spells. Whoever kills him gets boosted stats for the whole game for making it more safe for the team by slaying shane for however long he is dead.

Champ: Andrea, useless person to have on a team(also from the walking dead)

Passive: Uselessness: If she has to auto attack to save her teammate from an enemy, she misses and accidently shoots her ally dealing 50 on hit dmg. Whenever an ally dies she griefs for the next 10 minutes about it becoming sick and loses the majority of all stats.

Q: Try hard: Andrea gets a small boost to all stats ever time some one levels up. Andrea aims a skillshot dealing true damage on hit.

W: Bitch: Andrea bitches about stupid stuff that doesn't matter and boosts her allies stats drastically for 70% of their original stats because they want to take care of the problem to shut her up.

E: Defend: Andrea, not knowing bad guys are actually bad guys, defends an enemy champion increasing all damage done to him by allies.

R: Betrayal i guess?: Andrea has a relationship with an enemy champ making her unable to take damage from that targeted champ until he or she dies.

Hope you liked it or thought it was funny. More aimed towards to walking dead fans.

I can't believe nobody mentioned Calvin and Hobbes!

I picture them as a sort of Annie and tibbers - esque duo.

Q. Water pistol. Calvin and Hobbes each whip out their water pistol and spray the target in the face.

W. Tree fort. Calvin and Hobbes climb up to their fort and become invulnerable.

E. Transmogrify. Calvin and Hobbes use their transmogrifier to turn into elephants briefly and stomp on their foes.

R. Wagon ride. Calvin and Hobbes hop in their wagon and recklessly fly across the map, knocking away enemies in their path.
