Especially when youre 20+ cs ahead had him down to 25% hp or so and basically didnt need a gank anyway. Ah yes the tax man knows what he's good at ;)
yeah he may just be assisting with pushing the lane, get some damage on that turret while the enemy laner is dead
Oh I sorry for taking some minions. Never mind the fact I am 2 levels and 800 gold behind you. It not like we just help get a kill for you.
Jungler rules for ganking:
rule # 1: "If I gank and don't get the kill, I'm taking minions as compensation"
rule # 2: "If I gank and do get the kill, I'm still taking minions to finish my

rule # 3: "If I don't get ether, you're on your own for the rest of the game"
And then they end up bitching about why you lost your lane.
I think something is wrong if the jungler does NOT tax your lane. If you can get your lane shoved you deny the enemy laner gold/exp which both you and your Jungler share when he taxes your lane. You can go back to shop and then return to your lane thanks to this and over the course of a game you can potentially deny a lot of CS. A good example of how this works can be seen in this "detailed analysis" game footage featuring Aniva.
I feel the same way when they get a kill or I get the enemy to burn their summoners, yet the laner won't let me have even one minion :<
