I can predict their next actions a lot of the time and figure out where they are weak. I devise strategies when in any sort of competition around said weaknesses and consistencies in human behavior.

So i sit quietly and observe peoples behavior and speech patterns to gauge how i should conduct myself. If i can't do that i will appear to be really awkward and uncomfortable (because i will be). I've honed my observation skills to a point where it would be very scary to be on my bad side because i know exactly what makes you tick, but it's also good to be on my good side since i know what makes you tick and that makes my very empathetic.
