The thing is, Ahri actually feels remorse for what she does and tries to avoid doing it when she can. Evelynn, on the other hand, feels no qualms and instead revels in what she does.
My biggest problem with the new evelynn is that she seems to be vying for largely the same fantasy riot is pushing for ahri: that of the seducing killer.
