My top 4 tips for people looking to get out of bronze are:

1. Practice CS. There's so much free gold we miss out on.
2. Don't die. As in, place more emphasis on not dying even once than on getting kills or even objectives, unless it's an important one like the first inhib turret. No matter how fed the enemy team is, do your best not to die.
3. Don't play support. Because usually the support knows enough to ward, but nobody else does. So if you're playing something else, 2 people on your team are warding, and that's usually enough.
