Literally, Garen was broken before, so much damage by going tanky, silence, MS buff, tankiness buff, insane true damage R, HP regen, what else do you need on a champion. And now he has even more damage! Like how is that fair? He was already so OP before and now he is even more OP. Please nerf Garen, because right now, nobody can do anything against him. My silver mechanics are not good enough to handle him.
