Now, I want to talk about something serious. (not a bait like the last time I did this)

I have read through and been a tiny, insignificant, part of this giant memer war and I gotta say. I am a little sad that it happened the way it did. I kinda came into this area of the boards a ton due to everyone interacting with each other so much. And while this isn't something super huge and friendship destroying (from my point of view at least, I have no idea what it is like for the main people involved for sure) it proves how something so small can create a rift in a group. Although I honestly don't think that this is all a bad thing. conflict can often breed a good bit of good. I think that the boards will be a somewhat better place once this is all over and it is not because "oh laughing fish no longer has an ego" or something like that. It just reminds us that we are all people and we sometimes can say stuff that we probably wouldn't say if it wasn't the internet. And ya know I might be saying absolute BS in this post. I wasn't a super huge part of this and this was all from my point of view so take what I say with the smallest grain of salt in the world. I just am hoping we come out of this better and that we all work at making these boards a place where everyone can have fun and a good laugh on any day. until then.
