How did rito let this skin pass? He's obviously throwing his penguins at the enemy champions, obliterating the penguins.. RIP PENGUINS THAT I DID NOT SMASH

My friend's theory was that there are penguins in the chimes bard picks up. The penguins are thrown,and they freeze,and Bard comes back in to thaw them and then more penguins.
