New champ ult will allow you to switch teams with target champion.

People keep forgetting I steal stats... Are we trolls so easily forgotten? I better consult Yorick about this.

They should make a champion that can steal money from his own minions so that the enemy is forced to either roam, take cleptomancy or call the police (or a hitman... depends on who's jungling)
On ult he could be able to steal a scaling % of money from his enemies (to punish wandering around with 2k+ gold in your pocket and discourage extensive camping)
I also thought about absorbing bounties and converting them into cash. This ability should have a long cooldown and put our thief at risk as killing him would grant absorbed bounty to the killer. If he manages to survive - he can take the money or "lend" it to his ally (this ability would probably need an individual cooldown for each ally to avoid funneling disaster)
(Example : You play as support with a hypercarry adc. You absorb bounty from your mid laner, go back bot lane and try to survive till you can transfer the cash to adc. Now your mid laner is no longer at risk of giving the enemy a huge shutdown but at the same time you draw attention to bot lane. As a support you're much easier to kill than your mid laner so you have to play smart*/need jungle assistance to make this work)
*meaning using your passive (stealing from minions) and ult (stealing from hoarders) to increase your survivability (durability/mobility) not damage.
His kit should also revolve around staying alive via mobility, stealth or defensive skills. Crazy idea : since he's a thief he could have some smoke mechanic that would grant him or adc true stealth for a brief moment to avoid one shots. The idea is to make him hard to catch and kill but keep his own damage considerably low. I.e : he can stun a jungler and run or execute a 10% hp target (cut throat or sth) but fighting is not an option since his dmg output would be comparable to Janna, Nami or even worse (To balance true stealth which should not exist on high dmg champions :D).
So basically it would be a thief version of Pyke mixed with Bard, wandering around and stealing money... I want to play him :D
Unless bounties get nerfed and this guy ends up totally useless but I think that developers who worked on Orrn and Ivern could turn this **raw concept ** into a really fun support champion [sg-jinx]
Edit. I just figured it would be broken in pro-play and utter troll tool in soloq so feel free to address those issues. For starters : absorbing bounties should probably require confirmation from a teammate cause otherwise it's a perfect troll feeding experience.
