Fed lanes need ganks more than losing lanes. Gank a fed lane? They'll carry and/or keep the enemy laner total shit and make it a 4v5. Gank a losing lane? They'll... well... be kind of useful I guess? Or you could just give the enemy laner a double/triple kill. Either way its a bad idea unless there's a totally free gank(low health and pushed for ex).

In fairness you should be saying "hey, jungle can you cover my lane well I go B. I know you cant successfully gank our lane because we took some stupid trades and now if you gank we don't have the health to back you up."

tbh sated provides a lot more competition for drag/baron/ (and now herald) than they're ever used to be
