I tried queuing up as a support and it took maybe two seconds.

Every team captain was top or mid.

they should replace the drop lists that you select support/marksman etc and make it a checklist so you can do bottom lane and check off everything you would allow the support to be called (tank, mage, etc) so many people set up as bottom lane mage or tank rather than support, no one wants to be called support for some reason, but if you could search for all these at the same time, minus the marksman, that slot would get filled alot quicker.
