A hypothetical Hide and Seek question

Let's say that someone (hypothetically) made rules for a Hide and Seek on Summoner's Rift. Let's also say that this person wants to post these rules to resurrect Hide and Seek. Would this hypothetical Summoner's Rift HAS catch on, and maybe even "resurrect" Hide and Seek?

This is, of course, a hypothetical question.

The question itself is not hypothetical as it asks for information about a hypothetical situation.
