"Raage" -- Eve causes her target to freak out about "her broken OP passive" and then they eventually start feeding, trash talking their own team, and eventually rage quitting.
"Ron Ambassador" -- Poppy is actually a super hardcore Harry Potter fangirl, and will rant and rave all about how amazing Ron is the entirety of the game -- causing all players other than her to occasionally be stunned.
"Breakable (Took one prefix away)" -- Braum's shield breaks, which sends him into a deep depression. Eventually he turns into Yorick, which is why no one remembers him, since it's actually Braum.
"Awk Shot" -- Ashe's targets become incredibly awkward, and trip and fall all over themselves while stammering about something. Except Taric, since he's too fabulous to be awkward.
"Assault and Batter" -- Vi, much like Pantheon, has always wanted to be a baker. So, she assaults a baker, steals his/her chef hat, and then makes a cake batter, which Pantheon then bakes for her.
"Noxious Rap" -- Teemo raps so horribly that everyone, even his own team, can attack him. Upon death, Teemo's rap begins playing in reverse, revealing secret messages hidden in the lyrics.
"Draw a Bad" -- Tristana lays down on the floor, pulls out a piece of paper, and draws a picture of the worst person in the game. During this time, she is untargetable. When finished, she shows her picture to everyone, and the drawn player is forced to sit at the fountain.
"Loaded Ice" -- Don't ever let TF be your bartender. He puts things in the ice...
"Rippling Strike" -- Strikes a target and forces them to have a flexing contest with Darius. If they lose, they instantly die. If they win, Darius will take 999% more damage from you, and deal 1% damage -- what a wimp.
"Alpha Trike" -- Yi gets on his tricycle, the Alpha Tricycle, and proceeds to ride around the map at incredibly high speeds. If he runs over anyone, he gains a stacking, permanent buff that further increases his movement speed -- targets run over instantly die.
"Righteous Fur" -- Kayle puts on a fur coat, which everyone agrees is very righteous. Kayle gains a permanent AP/AS buff.

Frozen Tom: Lissandra summons her ex-boyfriend, who she imprisoned in ice for cheating on her. She is then reminded that no one really cares about her and instantly recalls to the fountain.

Crystal Sash. Passive: Skarner creates a sash out of crystals, increasing the damage he deals to champions. Active: Skarner tightens his sash, increasing the damage bonus and dealing damage to nearby enemies.
Crystal Spies: Skarner crystallizes himself such that he bends light that essentially makes him invisible, granting him stealth for a short period of time.
Summo Voidling. Every fourth spell cast, Malzahar creates two voidlings that wrestle with each other and knock up nearby enemy champions that try to interrupt their match.
Sol Furnace. Sion becomes as hot as the sun, dealing damage to all nearby enemy champions.
Oar of the Slayer. Sion grabs an oar from a nearby boat and smashes it into a nearby enemy champion.
Rar of the Slayer. Sion's voice cracks, causing him to roar in a significantly less intimidating fashion.
Tentacle mash. I guess some sort of calamari dish?
Hash lesson. Forces the enemy to eat hash browns, to teach them a lesson.
Test of spit. Force you and your opponents to enter a spitting contest. If you win, your team wins the game. (I took 2 letters out, so sue me.)
Lep of Faith. Teleports into the enemy team and dies. (Reference to the pro player Lep.)

Age gene: Gnar generates age while in combat. By the end of the match he will look a lot like this -->

Sivir - Oomerang Blade; basically the same thing as before, just showcasing how you go oom as soon as you use it
Binding Assault: Quinn vaults forward and tackles an enemy, rooting it in place for the duration.
Venomous Bit: Elise injects a victim with a bit of venom. Just a little bit.
Ties of Blood: Vladimir binds himself with a champion of his choice. For the duration, all damage taken by either champion is instead split between them.
Hype: Gnar hypes up a friendly target, instantly maxing their resource pool.
Ho: Gnar undergoes a surprising transformation, temporarily stunning the enemy team.
Win Bite: Shyvana's next basic attack deals bonus damage. If it hits the enemy Nexus, it is destroyed instantly.
Lame Breath: Shyvana breathes on an opponent to make it lame. It receives a crippling movement speed penalty for the duration.
Zilean: Tie bomb, can only be used on debonair skins, gentlemen skins, or tk (he should have one). Makes the target more fashionable if it hits someone other then one of these.
