The only counter argument (although I love the idea of Senna being a champion) is that one of Lucian's guns is actually Senna's. Which would make her an ADC.

I sure do hope so.
I doubt it- I don't see her getting free of Thresh soon, and she just doesn't have enough agency to be a champion while trapped in the lantern.
