Lulu has married Veigar is now super evil. Therefore, she gets a reworked passive that makes her poke stronger with every touch just like her hubby Veigar (I totally don't ship it ._.)
Passive: REMOVED - Pix
NEW - Phenomenal Wickedness: Lulu is the most wicked person on the rift, and she is only getting wickeder! Every time any of Lulu's abilities affect an enemy champion or she gains kills a creep, she gains 1 magic penetration (2 for large creep kills, 4 for takedowns). All enemies affected by Lulu's abilities suffer magic penetration for 4 seconds, stacking up to 4 times.
