Well Veigar gets like 2 extra feet in height thanks the lulu hat.. so hes winning [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I want this skin. If it existed I would go back to playing Lulu everywhere again. Now if only I could find someone to watch with on the Veigar part T-T
What does Veigars face look like? I am perpetually perplexed.
It would be entirely determined by if Veigar can still hop around with Lulu's staff. He needs to be able to maniacally hop around.
