how long does it take for that to happen? because right when I reported the most TOXIC shaco I've ever seen I got a 'report has led to action' notification so I was just wondering if that happens to the person you just reported or not.

It depends on the frequency of reports. If someone gets reported a lot, the last person that reports them and triggers the auto-system gets the notification.

I would love if that happened, it happened literally minutes after I sent the report.
