I was supposed to support a jinx as leona not too long ago, maybe a day or so. The jinx never connected to match and I had to face a ezreal and malphite on my own on bot lane for a looong time. I'm proud to say that I did very well and they never were able to kill me. We also managed to win that match surprisinly enough lol

Same thing happened to me except I was Annie "support". I wasn't even mad. I just treated myself like 2nd mid lane except I bought wards and stuff lol

Should is the key word though but in my ELO, the only wards a mid will ever buy is one to ward his lane's bushes, usually nowhere else. Not saying nobody wards in Bronze 3 but it's very rare to see good wards around the map that really help our team.
