Udyr Damn this 530 Movement speed on my E isn't going to cut it. Better climb over the baron pit.

Too troll. Can you imagine counter jungling as Udyr, and the enemy team shows up to help their jungle, and you just climb the blue buff wall and run at 400 Movement.

Waaaaay too hard, everything on Udyr's kit he needs it unless you want to make a choice between phoenix VS tiger to keep.

... Actually you could make phoenix scale better lategame and have a shitty early, that's the best balancing action to take to make this happen that I can think of.

Won't fuck with his counterjungling, gives him a distinct waveclear weakness; won't hurt him much in general as on-hit/AP items working with phoenix are bought after lvl 6 where you have the option to put a lot of points in it...
