he is like the support version of 
I like his concept, But I can guess he would be horrible for solo que for several reasons.
He's best as a roaming support. And in solo que, you can rarely trust your AD carry to not die 30 times when your gone.
His E portals. I can them being used horribly in solo que due to lack of comunication.
His ult... So many ways to mis-use this... I can't even list them all...
