Jhin is amazing, but what you want for Varus? Not a single update during adc update, and now we have a longer-ranged-marksman, while Varus is still slow and one of the most vulnerable ad carries. His only escape is a ultimate that works every 60+ sec. No other rooting or trap to ensure the escape, or moving abilities to get out or get in.
