Well in the truth is he plays 8 minute bot games on twisted tree line as Jinx and always wins. I've only seen around 2-3 normal games (out of 20-30 games) in his OP.GG and I'll bet he does buy XP boosts. I also believe the bots are on beginner mode. This is the truth just if you were wondering.
