If you can actually get one on Fizz it's freaking amazing. Can easily get him 120 AP if not more with lich bane and shit, the shield is godlike for when you're not invulnerable. If he actually has one stacked it means you're really fucked.

That's actually pretty interesting. I've began to use the tear and archangel's staff to get lots of AP and mana for a few of my champs (Viktor mainly), but I haven't tried it on Fizz just yet. I'll have to give it a shot.

Go ahead, try it out. I'm not sure if it will be amazing on him, but I do know that it is better than Zhonya's in many ways. Less armor and cdr, but huge AP, huge mana, huge shield.
