I wish I could ask Riot this, but it seems a little weird to ask if a yordle is "of age."
Embertine1 votesI go by lore for all champions. So to me Lulu is legally of age. However she neither has the physical nor mental maturity to be considered anything but a kid, which thinking anymore along certain lines would just be wrong. If she was only physically mature you would have to think about how she's still a child mentally, and thus would still be wrong in another way. While if she was only mentally mature, the problem would be physical, which by itself is not as wrong as with the other problems, as she would be mentally an adult and legally of age.
I think it's best she be both mentally and physically immature.
Okay I'm gonna stop now before I start over explaining again, (which I may already have) and Riot bans me.

RikoZerame1 votesShe's from Bandle City, which is the Yordle capital. There's probably something else that points out she's a Yordle (besides her ears, which are hard to see in some skins; if you take a look, though, they're clearly Yordle ears), but her main bio doesn't mention it directly.
ChewbaccasRear3 votesAhhhhh ok, forgot the Bandle City part, and i thought the ears were side effects from the no rules pixie realm (like never aging, or turning people into whatever she wants power)
