When you Read the New Patch Notes

To be fair, how many people thought that Ekko was broken on release (before tankko became a thing). AP Ekko's been buffed constantly since then, and HE'S STILL NOT BROKEN!

This time though? I do kind of feel like the damage Kled can do is excessive.

Riot: We want to wait a few patches to get a better feel for where he is at. In the meantime, here are some buffs for champs that really don't need them :D

Seriously though, sometimes I feel like Riots slogan should be: When in doubt, wait, see and hope the problem goes away.
