Probably because it is the Ludovico technique, a method of brainwashing an individual by providing extremely negative stimulation via images while providing stimuli of their actions/thoughts until they eventually associate the traumatic images or video with those thoughts/actions. In the gif itself it shows the doctor/technician putting drops of water into the subjects eyes so that their vision doesn't blur and provide them a reprieve.

Tl;Dr it's literally brain washing via torture, and rightfully creepy as hell.

nah. the other 1 ended when the ran out of mana and could no longer kill each other. At least vlad could maybe kill maokai when he runs out of mana.

I hate to say it, but unless Aatrox is built completely towards dueling Warwick, Warwick wins. His extreme base damages destroy Aatrox up until Aatrox finishes rageblade, one lifesteal item and TWO defensive items.
