Honestly, I hate playing against Kat more, even though I have beat her before too.
But yeah, you get put to sleep by Zoe and 90% chance you are looking at a grey screen next.

If you shield mid-"Drowsy" you are going to get stunned put to sleep anyway.
Meanwhile every other two-part CC ability will have the last part blocked by Black Shield, because it DOES make the target immune to disables.
