I've had someone tell me quite proudly they fed on purpose after a promo game with me once.
I really didn't like them at first but by now I just feel sorry for them. If messing up my game was the best part of your day then you should probably play games less and go back to high school where being a nuisance will get you actual attention that you obviously want.
Cause no offense but Riot does have a habit of not taking swift action to people who do things like this.
i was actually in a game just now that had afks on both teams... ours returned and we won... the other team got a loss prevented...
as far as feeders go... yup this is true...
