I've had someone tell me quite proudly they fed on purpose after a promo game with me once.

I really didn't like them at first but by now I just feel sorry for them. If messing up my game was the best part of your day then you should probably play games less and go back to high school where being a nuisance will get you actual attention that you obviously want.

Cause no offense but Riot does have a habit of not taking swift action to people who do things like this.

There should honestly be a filter when you play ranked if your in promo's your only matched with other people in promo's. At least then people will tend to try a little harder not to be toxic. However I tend to not tell people I'm doing promo's I just play the game an hope for the best.

i was actually in a game just now that had afks on both teams... ours returned and we won... the other team got a loss prevented...

as far as feeders go... yup this is true...

That's game you were just in now was most likely due to the server problems. Otherwise the other team wouldn't have gotten a loss prevented and most likely you wouldn't have two people who didn't connect to the game.
