Related, since she's also a woman they could say she was hysterical, with reasons ranging from a wandering womb (hysterical having come from the Greek hystericus, meaning womb) putting pressure on the other organs, as it was a living thing that could move, to being caused by being a woman that previously menstruated, had a previous child, and desired intercourse but was denied this, to an imbalance in the humours, to retention of fluids in the uterus that had to be resolved through sexual stimulation or intercourse.

And yet, one use of the word hysterical today is something people find to be very funny.

Diana is hysterical. More of a double entendre than a pun, though.

I would like to point out that the word "lunatic" roots from the belief that the moon causes insanity, "luna" (MLP reference here) being the root word, so this is the pun equivalent of rhyming "ordinary" and "extraordinary".
