My computer turns on sticky keys every time I wake it up/turn it on. I have a habit of forgetting that until I can't cast my abilities.
Sticky keys are the worst.
My computer has no way to permanently disable them. I am this close to messing with my system files and completely breaking my computer's ability to even know what sticky keys are.

At least on Win7, and I assume it's the same for Win10, this is the file that enables sticky keys: C:\WINDOWS\System32\sethc.exe
Try making a backup of that file, then deleting it, and see if it disables sticky keys.

Fun fact: sticky keys runs from the lock screen if you hit shift 6 times... and the lock screen runs with admin access. So if you just boot to a linux usb drive and use it to rename cmd.exe to sethc.exe, then pressing shift 6 times from lock screen brings up a command prompt with admin access, which you can use to reset the password, or whatever.
Of course, you already had access to all the files in order to replace sethc with cmd, so you don't really gain that much from changing the password besides messing with people, lol
