So much this. I played a few ap cho games yesterday. Went against yasou twice and both times I got to the point of LETTING him Ult me just so he'd be in range of an easy combo.

Add in Battlecast Cho beatbox dance disrespect on him every time.

You get blade of the ruined or blood thrister on adcs, not both in my opinion. They both provide just raw damage and lifesteal and there are better items to get instead of getting both. Lifesteal scales off of ad and attack speed so you can buy 1 lifesteal item then attack speed/ad and it will be more efficient.

Depends on what you are attempting to do as an ADC. If you end up as an AD mid/top (Yes, things like Zed exist so why not ranged AD mids/tops?), then your job is less to shred anything that gets near you, the regular ADC job, and more split pushing and taking a dump on any carries you come across. You don't want to be that guy where you have one Lifesteal item, and the target Carry also have one Lifesteal item. More chance for someone else to come and ruin your day. Also, carries try to not build armor. Complete waste of time for an AP carry to get more than Zhonya, or an AD carry to get more than GA for armor. You want more attack speed to delete them.
