It's pretty funny you should watch it.

I know the character name is Umaru (not sure if the anime name is Umaru as well) and its basically a comedy story about a sister (Umaru) living with her brother (NO ITS NOT SISCON). The sister trolled the brother a LOT. Which is the main reason why it's a funny anime.

I don't have the thiniest idea of what this Anime is about, I just googled hamster anime girl.

"Himouto! Umaru-chan" is a series about a sister who acts all "perfect" outside, but when at home she is a junkie who lives off video games, anime, junk food that sort of things while leeching off all the caring and benefits his old brother (who is already a working adult) could possibly provide (such as leaving all the house work to him), and he is more or less comically frustrated because of it.

The show is a comedy. The idea behind is pretty much "maybe that perfect girl you long for isn't so perfect after all, or maybe it's just a different kind of perfect?"
