Serious question, why is there not a 'Sultan Draven' skin yet?

Draven mains have wanted this skin for years, throwing scimitars and shit and riot has ignored them.

Even if you hate Draven mains you have to admit there's enough to warrant this being a good marketing decision overall and in no way endangering riot's image. Draven mains are reformed now. Unlike stupid ezreal mains and their stupid lux supports.
