This is why, despite my thirty years of gaming experience, I will not play ranked. The people who judge each other based on some ranking system that quite frankly does not matter in terms of just enjoying the game are a stain on gaming in general. Personally...I wish we could go back to the days when it was just for fun... sighs wistfully

##Sorry for wall of text. I just wanted to agree with you; it hit too close to home. I say this everyday to my brother who treats 'gamer score'/'achievements' like they are everything than the actual game. It's annoying when I say ''Can't you just enjoy the characters, story, music, art and gameplay?'' while he is playing the same level over and over, just to get one achievement. Then I ask him if I should get the game since he played it more, but he tells me me ''I didn't like the game, I just wanted to get the achievement.''

It hurts me because I'm the kind of guy who loves the GAME, not the stuff that the game says ''Ya did a thing --- here ya go.''

Rank. I don't want to throw my opinion around this subject (Cause you can see my rank)... But, I genuinely hate people use rank as a birthright. Because they are Plat or above they know everything and you know nothing. Especially when they use my rank against me, because I say ''I told my friend to watch me play and learn from me.'' when I am talking about basics! Not how to orb-walk, or something along those lines. I never said I was amazing; I'm Bronze and I know that. But from what I've heard from my Gold friends, is that the higher you go up, so do the Egos --- and that's the last thing I want from kids under my age.

What happened to gaming where your skill in that game/those games mattered more than **a badge ** saying you played more of one mode?

Alot of them have girlfriends and go to parties though. I distinctly remember Kobe saying Hai is good at calling shots... and taking them.

All the Eu teams get together and play soccer sometimes too. Like, NFL and NBA pros dedicate their lives to their sport, but they still do alot of social stuff too.

Having bad games is just part of improving.

You can Cs perfectly, out trade perfectly, juke cc perfectly. But if you let your team tilt you, your performance will drop.

Yes it's a team game, if bot/mid feeds you solo carrying isn't going to make them do more damage, so you give kills to your second best teammate and hope they are playing an easy champ or are decent enough.

But troll games, while pointless and a loss can help you learn how to play when behind. Because nobody playing ahead of the other team has ever learned anything new.

You learn to not get Cs if they chunk your hp when you try to Cs. Stay within exp range, no gold but some exp is better than 1 Cs and giving them a kill. Learn to freeze lane so even if their ahead, they can't poke without diving tower.

Blaming your team for a loss is like saying "my team didn't win for me". There are bronze games not even diamond players can carry. It happens, just don't tilt. It's not your fault so why should it bother you? Win the next game.

Edit: Why does your support not have sight stone? Also nice warding for an Adc, try to go for 1 ward per 2 min. Other teams support only put 19 down (really bad).

Sona was trying her best with me, but at one point she gave up as well and trolled with the others. I don't really play adc, albeit being a jack of all trades, I picked bot out of neccessity thanks to Riven's flame and abuse. Thus I couldn't keep up with csing as well as jinx. Moreover, the synergy between sona and mf is not really to my liking, I prefer nami, which I think was a better choice. But he didn't really play support to begin with, we were both forced into less comfortable lanes.

My point is what you said: there are games that are just uncarriable. The problem is, here in my trashy server and elo, there's always the strugle, and the rape. I'll either work my ass off to win, or get paired with trolls. There is no in between, and in my 28 games so far, only 1 was a steamroll from our side, but we had 3 people hypercarrying and a katarina with a penta. Truth be told, the enemies had 2 trolls and a verbal abuser.

But laning bot wasn't really a bad experience when compared to the rest of the game. And I didn't really learn anything appart from the fact that MF's Q is pointless to try to land it on a champion, and that I need to make a runepage if I'm to play adc more stably, not to mention improving my csing at bot. But improving those things is pretty much for granted to me.(csing warding and good runes are things I always try to improve)

What irritates me most, is that those players are still playing today, instead of being banned/permabanned. And no, it wasn't just a bad game, they actively, purposefully trolled. AND ADMITTED IT IN THE CHAT. And they are still playing. Lastly, when it comes to wards, I'm always the first to upgrade trinket :P

TL:DR I think games ruined by trolls who are still not banned, are not games considered hard earned victories or gracefull defeats. Instead they are fuckfests that prove Riot's incompetence and ruin it for everyone.

I've played NA server from S1-3, Ranked from S2-4.

I'm aware of how bad delay can get, pretty sure us Australians had a 0.8-1.5 second delay. But I know some of us we made it to gold-Diamond before we got a server.

People who want to win tend to rise up in decision compared to trolls who tend to fall down into bronze.

I'm aware normals also has a hidden elo too. It takes time but eventually you'll see less and less of these people.

Try to learn to play all lanes. Sup>Adc>Jg>Mid>Top Is my fallbacks if I don't get my lane. I try to play champions who can fill 2+ lanes so I won't need to learn too many champions. Tahm (sup/top/Jg) Karma (mid/sup) Lissandra (mid/top)
