aww, i like playing supp, but you have no idea how much i hate the laning phase

adc goes to base, but i'm healthy enough to do stuff, so i go and try gank mid, ward enemy jungle whatever, and after returning to lane, adc keeps pinging and crying in the chat for me to return other times they die...

is it too much to ask to stay under turret until the waves comes, dodge the grabs... worst case scenario let the turret die but save your life

While I don't play Rift as much as I used to, I find that both Jungler and Support get a lot easier if you just assume everyone else is retarded and you need to give a fairly-detailed explanation every game. "Stay behind me, farm, and I'll ping when it's time for us to get kills" is pretty easy to drop on people and they usually catch on when you feed them first (and second) blood.

The issue arises when somebody is full of themselves, and refuses to acknowledge your advice or takes it as an affront to their own "skill". No, sorry, but I'm NOT going to risk what little farming time I get access to come gank your lane when I know their jungler is MIA and you haven't warded for shit. Buy wards or stay mad while I go gank top and mid and hand them kills on a silver platter. Of COURSE we're losing bot, you rushed into Hurricane and jumped in after I told you to farm under tower while I go buy some much-needed wards and other items.

I think a more accurate depiction is the ADC just jumping on your shoulders and pointing to go forward like a kid. Them carries are eager to get their booties carried :3
