Does anyone else realize that Malphite, Anivia, Vel'Koz, Cho'gath, and Nautilus (maybe) are supposed to be like the size of Godzilla?

I still don't get how Nautilus can be this huge if he used to be some mortal man in a diving suit who was left to drown. What exactly made his suit increase in size? And how would he even move inside it if it used to be waaay bigger than him?
