Yeah, Illaoi 's tentacles have really strong slow and deal high damage. But at least in team-fights she's not really that strong, so I think that she doesn't need any tweaks for the moment as she can't activate CotC while most of people use it and it's most effective in tank build. Without other tank she won't be really that good.

I don't think so. I think it has to do with my computer's internal clock not being synchronized with the board's clock, so it shows up wrong.
