Actually it is completely possible to tank it for over 40?ish seconds. In Black market brawlers it could be done indefinitely by an Aatrox with the right items attacking wards placed by an enemy with a sightstone.

As is though my Garen would last for 4 seconds while yours lasts for 1.5.
