I nearly lost a game because my midlaner fed Annie Bot. Our Hecarim had to splitpush top while I held that Annie away from my team xd
I only recall losing once in a bot match. I was trying out Singed and everyone on my team went AFK!
What? They're too stupid to know what they're doing. I wanted an actual challenge!

I once was playing a game with a friend, I can't remember who we were playing, but we went in for a bot game just for funsies and the other three players decided to walk down through mid whenever they spawned. They fed the midlaner bot, a yasuo, I think, so hard that it started running to the other lanes at 10 min and was two-shotting us. There was a moment of hope once we killed it, but we couldn't get to the inhib quick enough and he caught us under the tower and killed us both. As the tears were flowing from our eyes, I realized that it was not meant to be... so I hit surrender, to my everlasting shame... but they all voted no! The rest of it was a blur and I just remember tilting hard and losing the game at 45ish minutes.
I remember my first game as soraka, I had no clue what I was doing and went midlane and i'm pretty sure we lost XD

If we are talking about level 1 to 5 new accounts, this is perfectly normal. Even smurfs have some trouble cleaning all the bots without Masteries and runes.

I play bot games even now. In 3 years I lost 20 bot games. 18 during leveling up, 2 when I was playing the game in solo lane and somehow didn't noticed bots are 23/3 and just knocked down inhib tower :D Then I was unable to 1v5. Tunneled so hard in those games... :D
I used to be the worst feeder in bots. I didn't understand the game at all and just went for kills.

It was a fun time
I've actually had fun with some friends in a bot game when we decided to feed the Ryze bot, then it spiraled out of control. (Old Ryze btw)
