It's not the support complaining about vision, usually.

Believe me, once fifteen minutes pass everyone starts bitching about the sightstone.

The only time I've ever complained, as a support main building sightstone, about not having enough vision is because nobody feels pressured to use their trinkets as much as the support is pressured to build sightstone.
