[Poll] Which sound is the scariest to hear?
There are quite a few, so let's begin!
For me personally, Rengar's roar just freaks me out every time he comes out of freakin' nowhere.

My family telling me to get off of the computer and come eat dinner in the middle of a ranked game and telling me that the internet is going off if i don't come in 30 seconds and my friend is on his silver promos.
Also the sound eternum nocturne's ultimate makes when he activates it makes me jump every time. It's just so loud and sounds like those horrible Micheal Bay transformer movies.
Darkness for sure, but honorable mention is Unstoppable Force; for one glorious moment, every player on your team sits motionless, looking at their screen in horror.

When your adc gets 12 kills early game and your ahead by 4-5 towers then you hear "a summoner has disconnected" with his face next to it
That noise that the 
pull makes. Gets me every time
The spit sound of Satan's blinding dart. The AA sound of Satan's poison darts. The Kaboom of Satan's mush... You get the idea.
Honorable mentions: Volibear's Rolling Thunder roar, Jayce's Acceleration Gate opening, Zilean's time bomb ticking, Vi's (Especially Officer Vi, sirens OP) Assault and Battery sounds, Karma's Mantra chants, and Blitzcrank's rocket grab.
Surprise Party Fiddlesticks, jumping at you, that is the ONLY sound that has made me jump..... (on multiple occasions)

I wouldn't know since I have all sounds disabled. Rengar's roar would probably scare me though. I mean, did you see him in that cinematic?
I've gotta give it to Requiem. There's pretty much nothing I want to hear less as I'm running away at low health.
Someone IRL deciding that sometime after the game starts is the best time to have a trauma or begin yelling at me.

There's a DFG active sound? Also, I agree with Sharrn, the sound of crows when you weren't expecting it is much scarier than Nocturne's ult....even though I voted for that

Darkness, yes but the sound of a growling Volibear on all fours charging out of the brush.
Sometimes I run to tower when Nocturne ults. Sometimes its my own Nocturne
's "Darrrrkness", even if he's on my team.

Cant forget the moment you have League's Volume turned all the way up and u play against a ziggs doom bot for the first time...
Am I the only one that shites bricks when I see the uber-fed enemy leap in to a 5v5 team fight with both his W and E activated for the stun and massive damage, then gets the Penta, and no one even made it 10 seconds past the stun? that is terrifying
