Idea for Solving the Weak Turret Issue!

Many people have been complaining about how ineffective turrets feel nowadays, so I was brainstorming over possible solutions up until last night, when an idea came to me.

What if we just removed turrets completely?

Now, I know this sounds extreme, but before you dismiss the idea, hear me out.

If Turrets were gone, League would become a much more exciting game! Each teamfight would carry much higher stakes. I mean, can you imagine what it would be like to have to worry about losing the game off of one bad skirmish in mid lane? I sure can't, but I imagine League would feel awesome with such high stakes!

If Turrets were gone, ADCs would be able to focus more on killing other champions, and killing is exciting! Just imagine ending a game as Jinx having gone 11/2/14 because you didn't have to focus on taking turrets!

People have been complaining about Janna's shield lately, and I understand why! It's so frustrating trying to take a shielded tower. However, if towers were removed, Janna could focus on shielding her ADC, and then the ADC could feel free to try and use the extra attack damage to wipe the enemy team in a midlane teamfight like I mentioned above!

If Turrets were removed, we could finally end the tyrannical reign of champions with abilities that help take turrets! I mean, let's be honest, Nasus ,Yorick , Tryndamere , and Garen are just too OP. I, for one, am tired of seeing at least one of them in every game.

If turrets were removed, game times would shorten, and early game strength would start feeling like a big deal again. Champions like LeeSin have been out of the meta for too long. Imagine how fun playing an early game champion would be if you could grab a couple kills and proceed to dominate the rest of the game because of it. Talk about impacting the game!

But finally, removing turrets would solve a long standing issue for League: game times are just too long. I hate feeling invested in a forty five or fifty minute game. I hate giving my all for the better part of an hour to turn around a defeat into an unlikely victory. I hate the suspense of figuring out whether my team can still win. If I had my way, I would want most games to be in the 15-30 minute range, and I would like to know who is going to win by the 10 minute mark. Comebacks are also hard to pull off, and I don't want to have to work hard for my victories. I want to play a dozen games of League a day, and I want them all to be forgettable.
