I have one that tops my list. "Sorry guys there is a massive fire nearby and it cut out my power".
The fact that there was a fire nearby is very tragic. However, I wonder the thought process.

When the tribunal was around I had a guy say the local militia shot up his village. I flip out when it's in a YouTube video of tribunal stuff.
But in one of my games I was Shen and before minions spawned I needed to help my dad grab something from his truck and I typed BRB akali in lingerie. When I got back Like 30 seconds later the enemy team was asking I'd I actually left and if they should report me

A drunk driver crashed into a powerbox near where i lived and we lost power on the whole block. It was sad.
I didn't AFK, but there was a match where in the middle of playing I heard something moving behind me (I don't have a pet either ). I told my team "I heard something move behind me, so if I suddenly go AFK, I'm probably dead O_o
