Its a older skin, where plenty of ones like those would have tease jokes of other champions being in the background even if they don't have an actual skin for such a thing.

There's definitely something wrong with this, because clearly Taric is enjoying his free time which is why he doesn't look like a life guard, but seriously Riot, why is Taric walking away from Ezreal? Rito pls.
