i windman lvl7 main and every champ is op but him.

it's your fault when you cant handle his 0.1sec dash, windwall, free shield and no cd Q and ult.

as a yas main i can confirm being able to 400 crit damage an auto on 3/5 of the team is perfectly balanced

Because doubled critical chance as a passive is totally balanced as well. Right?

Adding an ultimate that has an incredibly low cooldown and can be played off any knock up, has tons of free armor penetration and increases CC is totally balanced too.

He needs that because of his low base stats, but i think he needs buffs to compensate for that so he is viable again.
