I think that's because menacing female figures in most Asian fiction tend to speak in higher voices for superiority. Gives off the impression that you just don't care about anyone's efforts to stop your plans.

Probably any sort of slavic language + freljord person is pretty good, but it depends on the VA.

Zac's English voiceover is rather bland, so competition does not need to put forth much effort, but damn that Korean laughing takes the cake.

I think that's kind of the point of Zac. Considering all the other Zaun-related champions, they kind of fit into 2 groups: Warwick Viktor Singed DrMundo Are all mad scientists. Urgot Twitch Blitzcrank and of course, Zac Are all creations by mad scientists. But, unlike all the other creations who struggle with their rebirth, intelligence, and autonomy respectively; Zac isn't like that.

Zaun's "Secret weapon" is not a mad scientist or a product molded by made science culture: Zac is not just an 'Average Joe', but he's a HERO. All the other Zaunites are either neutral ( Twitch and Blitzcrank ) or allied with Noxus (everyone else). Zac IS A HERO, and that's why he stands out from the other Zaunites. He comes from a world of science turned wrong and yet he still fights for the side of good. While all the others are mutating, augmenting, and poisoning things, Zac is telling minions to "Knock it off" and mentioning how much he loves his mom. In my eyes, Zac is the kind of person I want to be if I were a League Champion.

Reminds me of the voice used for Kamina or Kittan in the original J-Dub of Gurren Lagann: Tough and Masculine, but kindhearted. Super Galaxy Rumble is nice, but doesn't do the series enough justice.
