Every non-english Cho'Gath voice sounds so much better. They all sound so...menacing. Then there's english Cho who doesn't really sound all that great.

Spanish Zyra has this beautiful accent, hard to catch if not a spanish speaker though.
Probably any sort of slavic language + freljord person is pretty good, but it depends on the VA.

I've always had a thing for the Greek announcer. Reminds me of the Administrator in TF2, except slightly friendlier and in Greek.
