So your point is that luck doesn't exist? Odds are luck. Luck, by definition, is something that creates an outcome through a process you have no control over. If you don't know how something works, then you don't know how to manipulate it to obtain the results you want; thus, if you do get the desired result, it was through luck. Talking about League specifically, let's say there is someone playing X champion. His first time playing that champion, does not know how much damage he can do or take, what cooldowns abilities have and what items to build. Someone is playing Y champion. That guy has basic knowledge of the champion and has realistic expectations of what each ability will do to the enemy. Now both players 1v1 eachother. If X player wins, it was luck. If Y player wins, it was skill. This may sound extremely arrogant, but imo you can't always attribute positive results to skill. As long as there is uncertainty in life, and there will always be because it's impossible to know everything there is to know, luck will remain a factor in most of the things we do.

actually, its not your skill if you win 1on1s. its his noskill. basically, you both take the 1on1 and you both think you can win, but only one of you judges the situation right, so the other one loses. its his inability to judge the situation, not your skill or "outplay".
