Highest winrate... Over 28 games, and the guy only builds runic echoes and rylais for damage, with a zzrot's portal rush afterwards.

He can't nerf mordekaiser jungle without severly impacting his other lanes, besides it's not his kit that is troublesome but how people fail to react to a jungle with ghost and stormraider's surge proc'd
