I'd catch him and realize... Teemo hate is pretty Diet Coke now... there are far more annoying champs now than him...

Make the only person he cares about do it. 
I wouldn't just kill him. I would make him listen to Nyan Cat Song for eternity.
Id cut a notch in him for each mushroom i stepped on. stop, resuscitate him, heal him back to full, and do it all over again till he died of "natural causes"
pelt him with meeps till his arms fall off... this will take a while, but it will be worth it :p
I would say "bad teemo!" and then slap him in the wrist.
