Personally, I'm really disappointed in the Pool Party Draven :[ That life jacket is giant and ugly and covers up everything, and his speedo's so flat he's two inches away from a camel toe. How could Riot, when given the perfect chance to serve up a bit more equality by giving the female audience some more eye candy, neglect it so poorly? Draven's the most arrogant champion xD There's no way he wouldn't be completely showing himself off. I mean, Riot has no problem having countless female champs with their boobs out and teetering on unrealistically small amounts of fabric - why can't I get a barely clothed dude? I'm especially upset 'cause I was totally hoping they'd do a Pool Party Draven, and they've totally trashed it.

Get rid of that dang life jacket and give me a sexualized male like you do with all the females, Rito >:[

And before anybody attempts to mention him, Braum is not fan service. Guys who think this only says so because he's muscle bound without a shirt. He's way too body builder for it to be innately made for fan-service.

And here's the thing, yes, I know. The girl's barely have any fabric. I won't argue that. The reason Draven has the life jacket is because he's ONLY in his speedos without it. I mean, yeah. That will be fan-service, but uh...I think that would be borderline for Rito if they attempt to go into that direction. He is barely clothed in that regards.

1.) Never said they had on more.

2.) There is nothing I can say in regards to Evelyn. She is forever in S&M gear

3.) They have on a top and a bottom. Draven without a the life jacket will only be a bottom.

BTW, we're speaking of OLD skins. Why are you speaking of old skins if we're talking about new skins and what Rito is trying to do as of now. In fact, let me pull up something one of the Rioters mentioned about the lack of "Pool Party Human Females" and "No PP Ahri."

"When it comes to Pool Party you can see that no champion is off the table! However with a lot of the LoL female champs there is not much visual interest in their silhouette/body type (personally I see this as a big mistake made in the past) so putting them in a swimsuit almost creates the 'anime effect' where they can only be distinguished by their hair colour. That's a bit of an exaggeration but what I'm getting at is that a straight up 'this champion minus the outfit' is underwhelming and often very odd looking due to removing bulky armour etc. If we do a champion like Ahri there needs to be a theme to the outfit and not just -clothes +bikini."

He mentioned that they made that Fan service mistake IN THE PAST If you all want to dredge up how there's so many female fan-service skins, do so with the point that Rito is in the process of rectifying that, and there was 3+ years of fan-service skins on females before they started to fix things. They are not going to just delete the skins. All they can do is make more male fan-service skins and ignore fan-service on female champs.

After, you'll start getting some guys that are like, "Hey, where are my fan-service skins for Ahri and blah blah blah." Trust me. It already happened a few months ago. Troll or not, people mentally complain about it.
